The quarterly OE Assessments identify themes for the TRADOC G-2 FY25 & FY24 Programs of Analysis (POA) drawn from that quarters’ preceding three monthly running estimates. These themes are early indicators or trends related to the five National Defense Strategy (NDS) threats and OE conditions that could shape competition, crisis, and conflict out to ten years. The percentage associated with each highlights the proportion of TRADOC G-2 production across the POA, to date.
